How can I contact Right-Fit ?
We always recommend getting in touch with us for any questions you may have! You can reach out to us via email (rightfitoutfit@gmail.com). You can also find a contact form by clicking right here. We aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours.
How do I track my order?
All of our products are carefully and meticulously made to order, exclusively for Right-Fit. You should expect tracking to be available in 5-7 business days after your purchase is made. When your tracking link is available, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with your tracking number, link and estimated delivery time for your given address.
If you happen to have any problems with your tracking link, please contact us via email, or contact form. A member of our team will be able to assist you.
Why does my product have a slight odor?
Your product may have a unique order but do not fret as this is completely normal. Some of our products use a method of printing called DTG (direct to garment) printing. The DTG printing process can sometimes leave a vinegar-like odor on the printed item. The smell should go away on its own, but if it persists you can flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold, and dry on low. Or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry! This should resolve this issue.
Where can I find my size?
As a general guide, majority of our items in our store follows US standard sizing. For an oversized fit we recommend going up in one or two sizes.
There are also individual charts related to each specific product in the product description for a better understanding of sizing.
How do I wash my items?
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low-heat cycle, but hang-dry works best for preserving the quality of the print.
Screen printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar color garments. We do not recommend any fabric softeners or dry-cleaning the items. Hang dry is highly recommended.
Shipping & DeliveryWhen will I receive my order?
ALL of our gear is designed in house, created and then manufactured by US. This gives us the confidence that all of our customers will be happy to wear their Right-Fit. items! Please allow 3 to 7 business days for all items to be carefully made before shipment.
After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive a tracking code with your local carrier (AUSPOST, FedEx, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail).

🇨🇦 Canada: Avg. 6 - 10 business days.
🇬🇧 UK: Avg. 8 - 14 business days.
🇩🇪 Germany: Avg. 3 - 6 business days.

Do you ship globally?
We ship worldwide with a combination of different carriers depending on your location. Typically, if you live on the planet earth then we'll ship there! At the moment, there are a select few countries in the world that we do not ship to. If you happen to live in one of these countries please contact us and we will try and see if we can get your desired products to you!
What about customs fees?
We do our absolute best to ensure that all of our items are expedited through customs, with no extra costs.
It is very rare that our parcels are subject to additional fees, but please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the buyer (aka you) responsible for these fees.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Here at Right-Fit we believe that we have provided you with all the necessary information with full transparency for you to make a smooth purchase and select the right items in the right sizes. Please carefully check the product description and size guidelines before placing your order. You are fully protected by the PayPal protection scheme and eligible for a no questions asked refund if the item is proven to be damaged, defective or not as described.
We will just need a few things from you to process your return/refund. Your name, your order ID, a photo of the product received and a brief explanation of the issue. Once we have received this information (within 7 days from order arrival), we will fully examine the case and within a reasonable window of time, offer either a full/partial refund, store credit, or a free return shipping label and a replacement.
We do not issue refunds or returns if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- picking the wrong size for your ordered items (please double check measurements!)
Unfortunately, all international orders are FINAL and no returns or exchanges can be made once placed.
My item never came. What do I do?From time to time with shipping (especially international shipping), items can get lost or stuck at customs. We all hope that day never comes!
If you order has not had a tracking update in over 30 days, we will happily give you a full refund, no questions asked!
If your tracking number says the order was delivered successfully to your address or has been signed for, in most circumstances we are unable to grant a refund. Please contact us if these issues arise so we can investigate the issue and find a solution for you.
I've just ordered, but I need to cancel.
No worries! We can cancel your order so long as your order has not entered production which typically takes 1-3 days, so email us immediately if you would like to cancel an order or make any modifications to the order!
Why is the color slightly different on my shirt?
We do our best to perfectly replicate the product mockup, but our items are printed on different weight and material fabrics, and depending on your screen RGB setting – colors may vary very slightly.
